Tugce Hazar finished school of Food and Food Technology in Turkey 1992 after 4 years education. She worked in many Restaurants. One of them is the Famous Hasir Restaurant in Istanbul.

She also worked at Haydarpasa Numune Hospital as a Food Dietician.

1993-1995 She was one a manager of the first McDonalds Restaurant in Istanbul.

From 1995-1996 she worked as a Manager at SODEXO Food Service for a short term before she moved to London.

From 1996 to 2007 Tugce and Husband Ertugrul have run Restaurants and Retail Stores in London, England.

In 2004 After Winning 2nd Best Independent Retail Store in England, ERTUGRUL decided to look for more opportunity.

He decided on the USA and 3 Years marketing Research finalized in Rocklin by opening the only Fully Authentic and Largest Turkish Restaurant in California on September 2007.
